Whether you're a high school student planning for your future, a career changer looking to enhance your skills, or anyone else considering post-secondary, our Open House events are designed to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision about your education and career path.
Attend an information session for the program(s) you are interested in.
Program Open Houses are available for select programs and include an information session about the program and a tour of the learning spaces at the Victoria Avenue East campus in Brandon. Please refer to the schedule below and register for the program(s) that interests you.

In addition to the scheduled sessions, recruitment and financial aid staff will be available anytime from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Victoria Avenue East Campus cafeteria with information booths to answer any questions.
What to expect at our Program Open House
- Hear more about the Assiniboine experience and program details: Our faculty and staff will be on hand to share insights into our programs and unique learning opportunities.
- Learn about the types of jobs and industries graduates enter: Explore the diverse career paths available to our graduates and gain valuable insights into work-integrated learning and employment opportunities.
- Ask questions about the program to people who work closest to the program: Connect with instructors and staff to get answers to all your questions about our programs and the learning experience at Assiniboine.
- Get a feel for whether the program is the right fit for you and your career goals: Experience firsthand the supportive and welcoming community at Assiniboine and determine if our programs align with your interests and aspirations.
- Tour the program learning spaces: Take a guided tour of our labs, classrooms and other learning spaces and see where you'll be gaining hands-on experience in your chosen field.
- Explore college life, student supports, financial aid and awards: Learn about the various support services available to students and learn more about financial aid, scholarships, and awards to help fund your education.
