Massey Home provides a warm home - like environment for our clients to live in while receiving medical care in Winnipeg. These are Level 5 residential care homes providing care for children and adults with short and long-term medical conditions who require 24/7 personalized care.
Qualifications
Health Care Aide Certification required (Or working towards completion)
Current First Aid/ CPR training required.
Meal prepping experience required.
Housekeeping experience required.
Experience working with confidential and sensitive information.
Understanding of Inuit Culture preferred.
Must be able to pass a criminal record check, adult abuse registry check, and child abuse registry check.
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position such as standing, bending, or twisting the body and perform repetitive motions. Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs. Able to carry out client transfers and positioning.
