Sous Chef/Line Cook

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. You will assist the head chef in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Duties:
Assist head chef in planning and executing menus/specials
Prepare meals according to order
Restock the line
Prep gravy, soup, meats, etc.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies
Maintain clean and organized kitchen
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

Cooking Experience
Previous experience in hospitality or food industry
Food Handler Certification
Culinary skills with focus on quality and presentation

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
