Harvest on the Hill

A Culinary Arts student chats with guests as he offers up a dish

It's harvest season at ACC and you get to enjoy the fruits of our labour. A true 'field to fork' experience awaits you. Oh, did we mention there's great beer and amazing food?

A close up of something that looks delicious.Harvest on the Hill has Hotel & Restaurant Management students joining forces with Culinary Arts, Horticultural Production and Sustainable Food Systems students to present beers from countries from around the world, highlighting locally produced beer, accompanied by delectable locally grown food pairings—so local, they've never left our North Hill Campus.

As part of the festival, students present their selections and engage the tasting audience with their knowledge.

You'll get a chance to taste a wide variety of dishes with beer pairings, each one more delicious than the next. Explore our Sustainable Greenhouse as part of the experience and learn more about the applied research being done at our college.
