You're invited to Xplore ACC, a mandatory program-specific orientation that brings together all your 'must have' and 'must know' details before the first day of classes.

BRANDON

Monday, August 28, 2017 |10:00 - 1:00 p.m.

Programs: Trades: Automotive Tech., Carpentry and Woodworking, Construction Electrician, Heavy Duty Equipment Tech., Industrial Metals Fabrication, Piping Trades, Power Engineering, and Welder.

North Hill Campus (1035 1st Street North, Brandon)

10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Student ID card, parking pass, locker, buy your books/program supplies, and enjoy a tour.

11:00 p.m. - 12:00 p.m. Meet your instructors/ask questions.

12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. BBQ

Bookstore open 9:00am-3:00pm Len Evans Room 207

Programs: Adult Collegiate students (all evening and day).

Please join us at 1 p.m. for a free BBQ hosted by our Students' Association.

1. The everything hour

  • Get your student ID/bus pass
  • Join a team or sign up for a club
  • Buy your books & program supplies
  • Get your locker and parking pass
  • Set-up your computer account
  • Inquire about student finances

2. Social time

Enjoy a free BBQ while you meet fellow students. Families are welcome!

3. Program details

Meet your program instructors, ask questions and understand what will be required in your first month at ACC.


 

DAUPHIN

This event is for all new students studying at our Parkland Campus in Business Administration, Comprehensive Health Care Aide, Carpentry and Woodworking, Early Childhood Education or Mature Student High School.

Where: Parkland Campus (520 Whitmore Avenue, Dauphin).

When you arrive, you will be directed to your specific classroom where you will meet your program instructors, ask questions, and understand what will be required in your first month at ACC. After your orientation, you will have time to find your locker, get your student ID card and arrange for a parking pass.

You will also be invited to enjoy refreshments, snacks and enter to win door prizes!
