Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I register for ESL classes?

    You can come see us in person or phone us to register for class. You will be asked to provide your most recent Canadian Language Benchmark report with a minimum level of 5 before starting class.

  • When do classes start and end?

    Our program is split up into terms. Our fall term starts in September and ends in December. Our winter program starts in January and ends in May. Our Summer term starts in June and ends in July. However, our regular ESL courses are continuous intake so you can start at any time! However, please understand that all courses do have a cut off date for new registrations.

  • Do you offer ESL programs for people outside of Brandon?

    The majority of our ESL programs are offered only in Brandon.  We do offer daytime, evening and weekend classes regularly at our Brandon location from September to May for CLB 5-8 learners. Please contact us if you would like more information about this program.

  • Can I bring my kids to ESL classes?

    Students cannot bring their kids to class. We do not offer any child care on site. Please make your own child care arrangements before attending class.
