We have more than 40 diploma and certificate programs across a range of disciplines including food and hospitality, business, agriculture and the environment, health and human services, trades and technology. We also provide apprenticeship programming in a variety of skilled trade disciplines. Each embodies our philosophy of hands-on education supported by classroom learning.

Our facilities

Our campuses across southern Manitoba include the beautiful Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts (MICA), home to our Culinary Arts, Hotel & Restaurant Management and Horticultural Production programs. This renovated heritage building dating back to 1923 includes a state-of-the-art kitchen and the Manitoba Canola Growers Culinary Theatre.

Manitoba Institute of Culinary ArtsAgribusiness, Culinary Arts, Environmental Technologies and Horticultural Production students benefit from our 3,300 square foot greenhouse which brings together three different solar powered, energy efficient grow solutions alongside a 3.2 acre grow plot and teaching orchard.

The Len Evans Centre for Trades and Technology (LECTT) offers 130,000 square feet of shops, labs, classrooms and offices. The building provides a modern, integrated, open concept environment for more than 800 students every year from eight different construction and mechanical trades programs.

Located in Dauphin, Manitoba our Parkland campus underwent $3.5 million in upgrades allowing the college to increase quality training in Business Administration, Carpentry and Woodworking, Comprehensive Health Care Aide, Early Childhood Education and Mature Student High School diploma programs. Students are able to take advantage of educational opportunities in the region within a community setting. On-site child care is also available for those students with children.
