Is Assiniboine accepting applications for full-time regular programs in September 2020?
The majority of programs will be blended delivery during the Fall Term at Assiniboine.
Are you planning to offer programs on campus this fall?
We are currently looking at a variety of scenarios to help us plan for fall program start dates and delivery modes. Planned starts dates are still in place, but could still be impacted.

I have been accepted into a program that starts in fall 2020. Will my program go ahead as planned?
We are monitoring the pandemic situation and responding with measures consistent with the Province’s direction on physical and social distancing. We continue to plan for fall program starts. Any updates about your program will be communicated to you by email directly from the Registrar’s Office.
Are you accepting applications for distance education programs
Are you accepting applications from international applicants for September 2020?
Yes, visit assiniboine.net/apply to access our online application form. Choose "International student applications".
What if I can't get my transcript(s) now?
Submit what you have and we will follow up with you to help you complete your application. Also, please try the following:
- See if your high school, college or university will send your transcript directly to Assiniboine.
- If your high school, college or university has an online system that shows your marks/grades or an unofficial transcript view, download that and include it with you application.
Can I order a Child Abuse or Adult Abuse Registry Check?
In Manitoba, please visit https://www.gov.mb.ca/fs/abuseregistries.html. This website provides the most accurate information about ordering these checks during the situation.
Can I still order a Criminal Record Check?
Please visit the RCMP website to find your local detachment or visit your local Police Service's website to see the most accurate information about ordering this check during the current situation.
The website says my local RCMP detachment or Police Service office is closed and there is no online application, what do I do?
Submit your application to Assiniboine without the Criminal Record Check for now and we will follow up with you to help you complete your application.
I can't get my First Aid certification, what do I do?
Submit your application without the First Aid Certificate for now and we will follow up with you to help complete your application.
I can’t get the medical and hearing checks for Police Studies admission, what do I do?
Submit your application without these checks for now, and we will follow-up with you to help you complete your application.
How do I get a paper copy of the application form?
Visit assiniboine.net/apply and choose "On-Campus and Distance Education for domestic students" or if you are an international applicant, choose "International student applications".
