Salary: $110,944.10 - $141,602.32 per annum
Assiniboine Community College is a highly regarded and integral part of the economic, cultural and social development of the western region and the province of Manitoba. Assiniboine aims to provide exceptional high quality, high-engagement learning experiences to students in each of its programs. The college is situated on a beautiful historic site located on the bank of the picturesque Assiniboine River Valley overlooking the city of Brandon Manitoba. The 130,000 square foot Len Evans Center of Trades & Technology complex boasts state-of-the-art facilities, which opened in September 2010.
As Dean you will report to the Vice-President, Academic, and provide academic and operational leadership to the School. In an environment that fosters collaborative decision-making and promotes community engagement, you will be accountable for ensuring that the school provides high quality education and training programs to assist with the economic, cultural, and social development of Manitoba within the context of a global marketplace.

The successful candidate will have several years of administrative and leadership experience in addition to exemplary post-secondary teaching or educational development experience in a post-secondary education environment. Ideally, you will possess or be nearing completion of a Masters degree. Experience working with Indigenous communities and community-based training initiatives will be an asset.
