Assiniboine is looking for a Director, Integrated Planning who will play a significant role in shaping the direction of the college. We place a high priority on student success and are committed to building an environment that creates and supports a high level of student engagement.

Reporting the Vice-President Academic and also liaising with the President, the Director, Integrated Planning serves a critical role in leading and managing institutional research and planning functions, to support college-wide and program needs. This position supports strategy formulation and decision-making by providing effective research and community liaison.

Take Initiative.

A major responsibility and function of the planning role is to develop and implement a multi-year, integrated planning and budgeting model, in support of the strategic and academic goals of the college. We are looking for leadership to build a sustainable approach to institution-wide planning that builds relationships, aligns the organization’s academic and non-academic planning processes, and emphasizes preparedness for change.

Your academic and employment background has given you a solid understanding of mission-based research methods and effective decision support environments. You are driven to provide insights and evidence to inform strategic decision-making and policy. You are enthusiastic to work collaboratively with both the external community and college leaders across the organization in a variety of growth and change projects. You will have experience with strategic planning, policy development, and post-secondary education decision-making processes and systems. Most of all, you bring energy, a solutions-focused approach, and a desire to work in a team-based environment.
