Assiniboine Community College strives to create Exceptional Learning Experiences for our students. We place a high priority on student success and are committed to building an environment that creates and supports a high level of student engagement.
Assiniboine’s Agribusiness Diploma program combines agriculture, technology and business for an in-depth education in one of Canada's largest industries. We provide students with the big picture, with hands-on learning through labs, field trips and projects, and a dynamic, student-focused atmosphere of small classes and experienced faculty.
We are looking for a passionate instructor who is outstanding in their field, who can teach Financial Accounting 1 and Agri-Business Plan courses to our students. You will be a professional ready to contribute to producing quality programs that are responsive to Manitoba’s labour market.
You will deliver highly interactive, hands-on classes where student success is the goal. You will be an engaging and forward-thinking instructor, who embraces our “learn by doing” philosophy while providing leadership and mentorship to students.
To deliver results, you will have post-secondary education in Accounting or Agriculture with a P. Ag, CPA or CGA designation. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary faculty in environmental technologies, civil technology and communications engineering technology as well as with other stakeholders in the community and the province. Post-secondary teaching experience, including curriculum development, is an asset.
