(Educational Supplement: Master’s degree $2,725 per annum; PhD $5,450 per annum)

ACC is seeking a part time term instructor to facilitate courses in the Child Development Worker program.
You are passionate about learning and are committed to student success. With your industry and/or teaching experience, you will provide exceptional instruction to students in Peguis First Nation. You will demonstrate strong skill-sets in classroom management, student evaluation, lesson planning, and academic advising.
You pride yourself in being proactive in working with students and have a strong skill-set in maintaining accurate student records.
The successful candidate(s) will have a variety of education and experience in one of the fields of Early Childhood Education, Nursing, Social Work and/or Education. You will have appropriate post-secondary education and industry experience that enables you to effectively provide instruction in one or more of the following areas: child development, children’s special needs, activities of daily living, communicating with children with varying disabilities, and vulnerable children and/or families, nutritional meal planning and use of medical feeding devices, assistive technologies, inclusive and Indigenous Education, history of inclusive education, case management, and practicum supervision. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills and be enthusiastic about working as part of a team. Though not required, ideally, you will have experience teaching in a post-secondary environment.
