Salary range: $31.07 – $46.16 per hour
Educational Supplement: Masters $1.45, Doctorate $2.89 per hour

We are currently recruiting a Red Seal instructor to teach in the Applied Plumbing Installation program that will be delivered in Sandy Bay First Nation from October 5 – April 16, 2021.
Be Passionate. You will be an engaging, flexible and creative instructor who challenges students with a variety of learning styles and hands on experience. You are passionate about the plumbing trade and the type of instructor who wants to share their knowledge and is committed to creating exceptional learning experiences for our students. We prepare students for the plumbing trade by engaging them in a variety of intriguing lessons with a broad mix of industry fundamentals.
Take Initiative. You take initiative, troubleshoot, and problem solve when it comes to classroom dynamics. Curriculum development, classroom management, student evaluation, academic advising and related administrative duties will be ongoing responsibilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills and the demonstrated ability to work as part of a team will come naturally to you.
Deliver Results. In order to deliver the results needed you will have an inter-provincial (Red Seal) Journeyperson plumbing certification combined with several years of varied industry experience. You will be responsible for curriculum development and classroom management so experience teaching in an adult setting is considered an asset
