Baking Foundations 

Baking Foundations is an interactive program featuring a high level of student-instructor interaction and a high degree of hands-on experience through in-class baking production. Students learn preparation procedures, production methods and presentation techniques for baked goods, pastry and desserts.

Admission Requirements

  1. Academic: Equivalent of Manitoba Grade 12
  2. English Language Proficiency: IELTS Academic test with an overall score of 6.0 with no subscore less than 5.5, or equivalent score on other acceptable English language proficiency assessment.

Comprehensive Health Care Aide - International

The CHCA program prepares you for a challenging and fulfilling career in health care.  If you have compassion and respect for people of all ages and cultures, then being a health care aide can be a rewarding choice.  There is a strong clinical component in a wide variety of health care settings and the program emphasizes employability skills desired by health care employers.  Graduates my find employment in acute and extended care hospitals, personal care homes, private care facilities, mental health settings and home care.

Network Administration Technician 

The Network Administration Technician program provides students with the theory and practical hands-on experience for entry-level positions in the Information Technology environment.  This eight-month certificate program introduces students to the world of network administration and provides them with the necessary skills and training with the potential to further their education in ACC’s Network Administration Technology diploma program.

1)      Academic:

  • Equivalent of Manitoba Grade 12
  • Mathematics at Grade 12/Senior Secondary level, with grade equivalent to 60% in Manitoba.  Appropriate mathematics coursework in a recognized college or university program will also be considered.

2)      English Language Proficiency: 

  • IELTS Academic test with overall score of 6.5 with no subscore less than 6.0, or equivalent score on other acceptable English Language Proficiency assessment.
