Civil Technology - Municipal Engineering specialization is offered through Continuing Studies. It is open to those who have successfully completed the second year of civil technology at Assiniboine Community College or Red River College. 

The program consists of studies in Hydrology, Geotechnical Materials, Economics/ Management, Pavement Mix Design, Waste and Water and Roadway Design.
