Carpentry student cutting piece of wood with saw

We’re dedicated to giving you the information you need to choose the program you want to secure your future. We are committed to providing you with complete and up-to-date information about applying to Assiniboine.

  • We acknowledge receipt of all applications.
  • Incomplete applications, (i.e. missing documents), are not considered for acceptance until the application is complete. Please make sure that you send us a complete application form, the application fee, all official transcripts (sent directly from your prior educational institution), and proof of English Language Proficiency (if required) with your initial application. Applications will be considered for conditional entry if we receive all documentation except official transcripts, but note that the official transcripts must arrive before a final non-conditional offer of admission can be made. If we have to send you information about missing documents it will delay your application being processed. Apart from competitive entry, we process applications on a first complete, first served basis.
  • We will send applicants to programs with competitive entry requirements more information about the requirements and/or dates of orientation sessions.
  • We will let you know when to send us any other documents that are required as conditions of admission (example: Criminal Record Check). We will let you know the date these documents need to be received by to guarantee your seat in the program.

If you have questions, feedback or suggestions, please email our office or call 204.725.8701.
