From a very young age, Rob Theoret had a burning desire to be a filmmaker. While attending school in his hometown of Ste. Rose du Lac, MB, he had a video camera placed in his hands for a school project and he was immediately hooked.

Lawrence Grimeau may be in his eleventh year at Assiniboine Community College, but yesterday was a first: he was recognized as Instructor of the Year by Apprenticeship Manitoba.

Assiniboine Community College is pleased to announce the Cougars will host the 2016 Western Canadian College Open Volleyball Championship November 26th and 27th.

We had the opportunity to sit down with second-year Culinary Arts student, Angela Chambers, to talk about the program and being a student.
