Life for Elizabeth Mukwimba, a 62-year-old Tanzanian farmer, has become much easier, thanks to Josh Sebastian, a graduate of Assiniboine Community College and the work he does with the international development community.

The friendly welcome of a “Big Hello” will greet students in Brandon as they return to campus for the fall semester at both Assiniboine Community College and Brandon University. And this year, everyone is eligible to win a prize pack just for participating.

Assiniboine Community College is projecting another lively academic year as the fall term kicks off on September 4. The college is prepared to welcome an estimated 4,000 students in programs delivered on campus and by distance for the 2018-19 academic year.
