Clinical Supervisor

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
The Supervisor reports directly to the CBI Home Health Clinical Nurse Lead.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Accountable for supervision and clinical support of HCA’s and shift nurses along with the Nursing Care Centre functions and staff. Liaising with clients and their families to ensure quality care. Manages 3rd party funder relationships
Qualifications
• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Current registration in good standing with the CLPNM
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in community health care
• Experience in health care supervision or leadership preferred
• Valid Manitoba drivers license, reliable vehicle. Travel is required.
• Key attributes include the ability to plan, set priorities, effectively self manage, excellent customer service skills, effective problem solving skills, ability to think critically, multi-task and resolve conflict easily.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
