As an Early Childhood Education faculty at Assiniboine College, you will design, deliver, and evaluate curriculum that reflects current industry standards and supports diverse learners in inclusive, engaging environments. Qualifications
- Manitoba ECE III designation
- Significant industry experience that enables you to effectively provide instruction in one or more of the following areas: child development, children’s special needs, communicating with children with varying disabilities, and vulnerable children and/or families, nutritional meal planning and practicum supervision.
- Experience working with newcomer and/or EAL (English as an Additional Language) individuals considered an asset.
- Experience teaching in an adult environment is highly desirable
- Experience teaching and experience using Moodle an asset.
Solid understanding of program and curriculum development, Indigenization and decolonization of curriculum, classroom instruction, assessment and evaluation, student advising and group facilitation.
