Assiniboine awards $65K in tuition credits for 65th anniversary

Assiniboine College is marking its 65th anniversary with 65 $1,000 tuition credits available at select events this year, with opportunities for all ages.

Engage with us at our Assiniboine All Access event; at the college’s booth at the Brandon Career Symposium; at the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair in the Farmyard; at Assiniboine’s Easter Egg Hunts in Brandon and Dauphin; and at the Parkland Business Expo for your chance to receive one of 65 $1,000 tuition credits.

“With our 65th anniversary this year, we’re infusing a little something special into many of our events throughout 2026. These 65 tuition credits are a way to celebrate our past while investing in the future of folks of all ages in our communities,” said Mark Frison, President of Assiniboine College. “Education changes lives, and we hope these tuition credits spark excitement about the possibilities ahead for learners at every stage of life.”

The tuition credits will be available across a wide range of age groups, with opportunities for age categories from 0-6 to 21+.

“Supporting future students seemed like a fitting way to recognize this milestone anniversary,” said Frison. “For kids whose first day of school is yet to come, for those navigating junior high, for high school students exploring their options, or for adults seeking a new or refreshed career direction, this is our way of letting you know that we’re here for you when the time comes.”
