Brayden Stewart to Coach Women's Curling

Stewart has been involved in competitive curling for more than a decade as a player and a coach. He was the U-18 Provincial Sask Champion (2014), 2x SK Junior Provincial Finalist, 2018 SK Mixed Doubles Provincial Champion, 2023 SK Men's Provincial Finalist, and 5x Canadian Mixed Doubles Curling Championship Competitor. As a teacher in Saskatchewan, he coached and lead the Wawota Parkland High School girls curling team to a Saskatchewan High School Athletic Association Provincial Championship in 2023 and the Wawota Parkland Junior girls team to a district gold in 2022.

Stewart believes in fostering teamwork, skill development and sportsmanship through a fierce dedication to the sport. He holds a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan. He's recently moved to Manitoba where teaches at Minnedosa Collegiate and we are excited to have him take over the helm for the Cougars women's curling team.
