Continuing Studies spring/summer guide reveals opportunities to enhance skills and experience

Assiniboine’s new guide to continued education courses and programs lays out upcoming opportunities for learners to augment their skills in their field of interest, both in person and online.

The college’s latest Continuing Studies guide is available in an entirely digital format and full of courses and programs for those looking to add a new credential or competency to their resume, prepare for a change in careers, or explore a new hobby.

The digital guide simplifies the research process, enabling prospective students to click on programs and details throughout the guide and be taken directly to relevant webpages.

“Whether you are looking to further your skills in your current area of work, dip your toes into something new, or look into something of personal interest, this guide has something for everyone,” said Nycolle Adams, Business Manager for Community Development at Assiniboine.

The guide features several self-paced online options through existing partnerships with academic organizations, UGotClass and Ed2Go. Also featured are some new opportunities, including a Cannabis Industry Specialization program introduced last year and a new online offering of the Administrative Assistant program.
