Harvest on the Hill 2015

Harvest on the Hill is a field to fork event celebrating local food pairings and unique beers to highlight Manitoba's rich food diversity.

The event highlighted the partnership between Horticultural Production, Hotel and Restaurant Management, and Culinary Arts students in a creatively interactive evening. The students demonstrated how our food is produced and used with unique beer pairings that complement the palate.

Guests were also invited to vote for their favorite dish and pairing during the event. The results were as follows:
