An economic impact study released yesterday by Colleges and Institutes Canada (CICan) measured the national contribution of colleges and institutes, and the people they have trained, at over $190 billion in added income to Canada’s economy in 2014-15.

Assiniboine Community College (ACC) is now accepting nominations for their annual alumni awards, which will be presented at the college’s upcoming Alumni Advancement Dinner.

Yesterday, the students in the Carpentry and Woodworking program at Assiniboine Community College’s (ACC) Parkland Campus enjoyed a kick-off BBQ.

Earlier today in Brandon, Assiniboine Community College held a graduation ceremony for its First Nation Safety Officer and Community Safety Officer programs.

The Assiniboine Cougars take on the Brandon Bobcats this Saturday in soccer at the Healthy Living Centre Field. Join us in cheering on your Cougars with a free BBQ and the entertainment of college sport!

I Have a Test…and I’m STRESSED!

From September 19th to 29th Assiniboine Community College’s (ACC) Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts will be hosting an exhibit entitled Sisters Reflections –of the Legacy of Care, Courage and Compassion project led by the Catholic Health Association of Manitoba (CHAM).

It may be ‘back to school’ for many this week, but for 82 recent Assiniboine Community College nursing graduates, September marks the end of one chapter and the start of a new.
