This event has Hotel and Restaurant Management students joining forces with Culinary Arts and Horticultural Production students to present beers from countries from around the world, highlighting locally produced beer, accompanied by delectable locally grown food pairings.

As part of the festival, students present their selections and engage the tasting audience with their knowledge.
