Orange Shirt Day at Assiniboine

September 30th is the official Orange Shirt Day, which is a day of honouring and recognition. We ask that staff and students wear orange shirts not only on the 30th , but the work day of September 29th, to recognize and reaffirm that every child matters.

At 2:15 p.m. of this day, the College will observe a 1-minute moment of silence in recognition of all of the found, unmarked graves, Survivors of residential schools and their families.
