Salary: (3) credit hour course, $187.24 per student - (6) credit hour course, $374.48 per student. Based on the number of students enrolled on day 16 of the course.

ACC is seeking casual Distance Educators for its Education Assistant program.

Be Passionate.

You are passionate about learning and are committed to student success. With your industry and/or teaching experience, you will provide exceptional instruction to students in distance-delivered early learning and education courses.

Take Initiative.

You pride yourself in being proactive in working with students, developing and revising courses effectively, and maintaining accurate student records. You are not required to reside in Brandon, but you must provide your own (home) office with applicable equipment (computer, internet).

Deliver Results.

You will have appropriate post-secondary education that enables you to effectively provide instruction in the areas of child development, children’s special needs, interpersonal communications, observation & report writing, guiding children’s behaviour, cross-cultural education, and other topical areas. You will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and be enthusiastic about working as part of a team. Though not required, ideally, you will have experience teaching in a post-secondary environment.
