Tundra is seeking a Land Assistant Summer Student for 4 months (beginning of May until end of August) based out of the Winnipeg office.

As the Land Assistant Summer Student your main duties will be to ready the land files for digitization purposes and provide support to the Land Administration team.
Reporting to the Land Administration Manager, some specific duties and responsibilities of the Land Assistant Summer Student include, but are not limited to:

• File organization
• Mailing and tracking of documentation
• Data entry and correspondence
• Information gathering
• Other departmental duties as required.

Qualifications

Candidates for this position will possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• High School Diploma.
• Must be enrolled in Post Secondary Education and returning to post-secondary education in September 2022.
• Computer skills are considered an asset.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with digital workflows.
• Records management skills.
• Well organized with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
• Enthusiastic, personable, team oriented.
• Ability to lift 30lbs.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
