MD Farm Technician (12 M) - Brandon, MB

The Market Development Farm Technician supports the field trial program execution that is assigned to the Market Development Representative. The position is a 12-month term with an anticipated start date on March 2022. This position is based in the Brandon, MB area.

What you will do:

Operate, maintain and transport research equipment
Seed, spray, harvest of research trials
Data entry from research trials
Manage all tasks associated with compliance requirements for the research program
Support HSE activities at the local site

Bachelor of Science
Experience with research equipment
Experience in data collection from an agriculture research program
Team player and can work with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Ability to obtain Class G Endorsement (AB, SK) or Class 3 (MB) – Heavy trailer endorsement for driver’s license is preferred
