Building Operator Lead
Full Time, South Branch, 5 Fermor Ave.
Are you a self-starter with skills and experience to maintain building operations, pool and equipment? As a Building Operator Lead, you will ensure that the facility is well maintained to meet our members’ needs. You have a natural mechanical inclination and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualifications
Are you the right fit?
• Demonstrated experience in general mechanical maintenance and repairs
• Basic HVAC and plumbing knowledge
• Experience working with and directing contract service providers
• Proven time management and organizational skills
• Perform budget management, purchase equipment and supplies and various
administrative duties
What else do you need?
• 2-4 years’ experience in skilled trades and/or building maintenance
• Strong customer service, communication and Interpersonal skills
• Emergency First Aid and CPR C
• Pool Operators Certification and experience*
• Scissor Lift Operator*
*Employer provided training available
