Position Summary
We are seeking highly motivated Field Solutions Summer Research Associates to join our Bayer CropScience team for the Summer of 2023. These positions are on a 4-month term, and the positions will be based in the Winnipeg, MB area.

Duties & Responsibilities
You will work within a project team to execute field crop research trials that generate performance data needed for commercialization of new crop protection technologies
Assist with product development trials relating to the development of seed treatment, herbicide and fungicide products on a diverse selection of field crops
Assist with the data collection and data management
Field trial maintenance including field preparation, seeding, spraying, and mowing

Qualifications
Qualifications
Agronomic knowledge attained through pursuing your degree in Agriculture or another college coupled with experience in the Agriculture industry
Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a dynamic team environment
Ability to deliver results
Attention to detail
Experience with trailering equipment and operation of farm equipment is considered an asset
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to obtain Class G endorsement (AB, SK) or Class 3 (MB), or a full G license (ON). Heavy trailer endorsement is required.
This position requires full vaccination against COVID-19
