Position Summary
We are seeking highly motivated Sales Summer Associates to join our Bayer CropScience team for the Summer of 2023. These positions are on a 4-month term, and the positions will be based in the Carman, MB area.

Duties & Responsibilities
Partner with experienced Territory Sales Managers to achieve regional goals
Support the sales and technical service of all Bayer Crop Science agricultural products including Bayer’s digital farming platform, Climate FieldView
Building and maintaining relationships with growers and retailers
Manage your own schedule and work independently in pursuit of team goals

Qualifications
Qualifications
A current student pursuing an Associate’s (Diploma), Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree program in Agriculture or Business. Agronomic competence or experience in the Agriculture Industry is highly desired
Student must be returning to school upon completion of our summer program
Ability to deliver results and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders through your strong interpersonal and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
This position requires full vaccination against COVID-19
