Ranch Mechanic
The Douglas Lake Cattle Company is pleased to offer a Full-time employment opportunity as the Ranch Mechanic for our Douglas Lake division. Live and work in one of the most beautiful locations in Canada.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
● Repair and maintenance of farm equipment, implements, heavy-duty equipment, highway truck and light truck repairs.
● Maintain work logs, repairs and maintenance records.
● Monitor inventory and order new parts as necessary.
● Design plan of action for all maintenance tasks and upgrades.
Qualifications
● High School Diploma required.
● Diploma of Professional Studies in heavy mechanic/diesel mechanic is preferred.
● Heavy Duty Mechanic Certification or Agricultural Equipment Technician an asset (inter-provincial seal preferred).
● Possession of Valid Driver’s License required.
● At least 3 years’ experience related to repair of trucks or other heavy automotive equipment or equivalent.
