Seasonal Farm Machinery Operator
Overview
We are seeking individuals to join our team on our farm and agricultural contracting business for the 2023 season. Our full season is from April to November but we are accommodating to a student summer schedule from May to September. Therefore these positions are open to graduating and non-graduating students.
Our team members are expected to be able to operate farm machinery safely and efficiently as well as keep machinery clean, tidy and well maintained. Professionalism, work quality and attention to detail are priorities. We offer a professional team environment with modern machinery, and a great family business culture. Our aim is to deliver the highest level of service to our clients and maintain an enjoyable working experience.
Jobs include but not limited to: seeding, planting, tillage, baling, silage cart (tractor/trailer), grain cart, muckspreading
Qualifications
- Farming/agricultural experience is required
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must hold at least a Class 5 license
- Seeking at independent, adaptive, hardworking individuals
