We are seeking a few energetic, professional, part time and full-time experienced Receptionists to join our amazing team!!! We are a fast-paced Optometric Clinic in Downtown Brandon, and we are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, works efficiently, strives for high quality patient care, and enjoys working in a medical office team environment. Front Desk duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting Patients, Answering Phones, Scheduling appointments
- Preparing patients charts, pulling insurance, calling insurance companies
-Handling all patients needs with exceptional customer service
- Being able to multi-task and control patient flow while being a team player
- Additional administrative duties etc.
We are open Monday to Friday 9:30-5:30. No Saturday, Sunday or Evenings
