Office Clerk
Overview
We are looking for a competent Office Clerk to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office. We are looking for someone who is accurate, detail-oriented, expedient, reliable, works steadily, and has great communication skills.
You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from data entry, answering phones, administrative support, and customer service.
An effective office clerk has the ability to help maintain smooth office operations and is familiar with office equipment and procedures.
Responsibilities
Answer the phone to assist, take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
Data entry
Customer service
Perform other office duties as assigned
Requirements and skills
Familiarity with office procedures
Working knowledge of office devices and processes
Strong data entry skills
Detail-oriented
Great communication skills
Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
