Administrative Assistant
Overview
You will provide administrative assistance in a boutique financial planning firm. You will support the advisor through the financial planning process and the manager of business relations for project management and process improvements. You will build a rapport with clients, becoming the client experience lead for the team. Tasks will include reception, meeting prep, file maintenance and account maintenance, including management of the CRM. Please see job posting for additional information.
Qualifications
Experience in a financial services firm (3+ years preferred)
Post-secondary education
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Understanding of financial services industry
Advanced knowledge of technology, tools and software is preferred
