Position: Licensed Heavy Duty Mechanic

Terms of Employment: Full-time

Job details:
• Location: Crossfield, AB
• Terms of employment: full time
• Shop hours from 08:00 to 17:00, 8 hours
• Start date As soon as possible

Job requirements: Inspect, test, diagnose, adjust, repair and maintain of commercial motor coaches, buses and vehicles. Established knowledges of Diesel Engine, Transmission, Electrical and Electronic System, Brake System, Fuel, Ignition and Emission System, Drive Train Components, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System and etc.

Education: Relevant training and/or equivalent experience

Experience: Min 3-10 years relevant experience required

Own Tools/Equipment:Tools, Steel-toed safety boots

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Fast-paced environment. Physically fit.

Work Location :Heavy duty maintenance shop

Personal Suitability:Strong work ethics, reliable, trust worthy, attention to details, good organizational & problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills:With Class 1 or 2Q drivers license would be an asset but not mandatory
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
• Provincial ticket;
• Red seal; and/or
• Equivalent Trade Certificate.
