Landscape Labourer/Technician
Overview
Our Landscape Installation Team specializes in the installation and construction of:
-Total landscapes for residential or commercial projects.
-Hardscaping, retaining walls, driveways, patios and walkways, decks, fencing, and custom outdoor kitchens.
-Custom planting, water features, complete softscaping, and outdoor living spaces that enhance surroundings.
-We're looking for hardworking, dependable, team-oriented people to join our team!
About the Job:
-Perform work to assist in the construction of landscapes and related structures (softscape and hardscape)
-Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment and report any malfunctions to supervisor
-Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
-Level materials (i.e. soil, gravel, mulch) to specifications using rake and shovel
-Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment
Qualifications
Requirements:
-Able to perform physically demanding work.
-Able to understand and follow instructions.
-Able to use hand and power tools.
-Knowledge of safe work practices and procedures.
-Skid steer and small equipment experience/certificate is an asset.
-Landscaping experience is an asset.
-Driver’s license preferred.
