Summer Camp COOK
Overview
Camp Wannakumbac is on the west shore of Clear Lake, Riding Mountain National Park and runs an overnight camp for kids 8-15 yr old throughout July & August. We host user groups all year long and are especially busy in June & September. Camps consists of 84 kids and 20 staff. Three meals /day and snacks are prepared in our kitchen. Spending the summer at camp as a staff member is a great way to work, save money and enjoy a beautiful outdoor experience. Accommodations maybe available.
We are looking for full time or part time cooks for June-Sept.
Qualifications
Able to prepare daily meals for 100 people and manage a kitchen (food prep, serving, clean up) during your shift. Kitchen experience is required but additional training is available. Be able to work well with others and help younger staff learn the trade. Reliability is necessary. Knowledge of food safety is required.
