Overview
Ficek Insurance Agency Ltd. is seeking a part time administrative and clerical support person to assist with office management. Ficek's environment is fast-paced and we require an energetic person who is willing to learn and multi-task.
Under the supervision of the Office Manager, duties will include maintaining adequate level of office supplies, assist with receivables, update and maintain spreadsheets, prepare letters & mail-outs, prepare meeting minutes, data entry as necessary and other clerical and organizational tasks as required.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a minimum grade 12 education along with excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Also required is the ability to work independently, be proficient in the Microsoft suite of applications and willingness to learn relevant software applications. Previous office experience and/or education would be considered an asset.
