About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and self-motived individual who has a passion to provide excellent customer service. As a Service & Operations Administrator, you will be the face of the Company, you must adhere to Kyocera Philosophy, values and provide service to our customers in a professional manner. Additionally, you will be providing assistance to the service department by managing product orders and preparations.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

 Repair, update, modify and provide product demonstrations of KYOCERA products.
 Provide technical assistance to KYOCERA end-users and staff as needed.
 Follow-up on all reschedules in a timely manner.
 Track potential problem-accounts and resolve issues prior to customer complaints.
 Communicate to the Service Manager all machines performing below standard and reports all actions taken towards resolution.
 Provide professional customer relation and communications.
 Process Customer Supply and Parts Orders (prepare & invoice).
 Maintain operations of the warehouse.
 Organize equipment/accessories for preparation by service.
 Process Vendor Purchase Orders.
 Receive and ship inventory, both physically and in E-Automate.
 Perform Inventory counts.
 Perform various or miscellaneous duties as prescribed by the Manager (i.e. deliver supplies).

Qualifications

Qualifications

 Excellent technical analytical skills and proficiency in troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment
 Excellent customer relations, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
 Ability to work on projects independently
 Mechanical/Electrical Background
 Computer Networking skills

Requirements

 Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and acceptable driving record necessary.
