AgWest is looking for an Ag Tech to support customers with mobile service and great customer experiences. AgWest offers on call service in support of their valued client’s business and farm operations. If you are a driven and energetic person who enjoys working shoulder to shoulder with our province’s farmers, apply today!

As an Ag Tech you will:
Determine service requirements and provide valuable solutions for our customers.
Grow and maintain consistency in service excellence, partnering with our customers.
Maintain professional communication with customers on service visits.
Repair a variety of farming equipment.
Travel to and from service visits using a company-provided vehicle and fuel.
Provide weekend on-call service as required.
Demonstrate safe work practices, in support of AgWest's Health and Safety.
*Roles available in Elie, Brandon, Morden, Neepawa, Swan River, or Russell, MB

You and Your Experience:
Possess a Red Seal certificate as a mechanic or have an extensive background in agricultural maintenance.
Passionate, high achiever with demonstrated success and strong interest in customer-centric service-focused roles.
Have your own set of mechanic’s hand tools. (Industry-specific tools provided by AgWest)
Knowledge of the Ag industry, Ag equipment, parts, and service is an asset.
Highly organized, and responsible for documenting service records for invoicing purposes.
You are a quick learner when using new technology.
Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean Driver's Abstract.
