Medical Housecall Clinic -Administrative assistant

Overview

Health Calls Inc. is a physician housecall service, not open to the public. We are looking to fill our full time position. The shifts are from 8am-6pm, 4 days a week. Duties involve but are not limited to scheduling and screening telephone calls from patients, relaying accurate information to Doctor, Manitoba Health billing through Billmax, maintaining the filing system of patient records, all general office duties.

Qualifications

Must have knowledge of Manitoba Health medical billing

Candidate must be aware of Winnipeg streets and be fluent in English.

Must have excellent organizational skills, computer skills and excellent telephone manner.

Must be reliable, punctual with high communication skills and be comfortable working alone.
Prior office experience will be preferred.
