Sport Instructor
Overview
Rocks & Rings Instructor:
Candidates will visit elementary schools and instruct students about the sport of curling. Teach various classes with fun games and activities. All training and equipment provided. Bookings vary week to week, schedule can be flexible for days of the week (however must be available between 8:00AM-4:00PM).
Rocks & Rings Equipment Rental:
Candidates may also provide delivery and pick up of equipment from schools in their assigned region. Teachers and schools will receive our FloorCurl equipment along with programming cards with games, activities, and drills to help share the excitement of learning about curling. Equipment needs to be cleaned and have maintenance done on it between school visits.

Qualifications
Job Description:
Contactless delivery and pick-up of curling equipment once a week using your own vehicle and travelling to various schools in your home region.
Thoroughly cleaning equipment after pick-up before delivering to the next school.
Instruction at various elementary schools in the assigned region.
Skills/Qualifications Required:
Ability to work independently
Ability to work with children
Valid driver’s license and car
Good organization and time management skills
Special Requirements:
Access to a vehicle is a requirement for this position (on the days that you will be working)
Must be able to travel to schools outside of home region (compensated for travel)
Candidates must obtain a criminal record check prior to working with children
