Alternative Landscaping Ltd. is a local, family-run company that has been creating award-winning outdoor landscapes for more than two decades. We complete commercial and residential projects in landscaping, excavation, and maintenance and operate a year-round garden center that services southwestern Manitoba. Our Landscape Installation Team specializes in the installation and construction of:
• Total landscapes for residential or commercial projects.
• Hardscaping – retaining walls, driveways, patios and walkways, decks, fencing, and custom outdoor kitchens.
• Custom planting, water features, complete softscaping, and outdoor living spaces that enhance surroundings.
What we offer:
• Competitive starting wages based on experience; increases based on performance.
• Full-time seasonal work with the opportunity for year-round employment.
• While occasional weekend work may be required, our norm is 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday.

Qualifications
What you will bring to the team:
• Knowledge of safe work practices and procedures.
• Skid steer and small equipment experience/certification is an asset.
• Landscaping experience is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Hand and power tool experience.
• Experience with physically demanding work.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
