Job Description
Position: Support Worker
Work Location: Personal Residence in Dauphin, MB
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (up to full time hours)
We are filling various daytime and overnight shifts including:
Fridays 10pm-7am
Saturdays 7am-3pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-7am
Sundays 7am-3pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-7am
Pay Rate: Work rate = $19.00/Hr, Sleep rate = $15.30/Hr (sleep time is 11pm-6 am)

About Jordan:
Jordan is a friendly and active 33 year-old male with autism who lives in his own personal home in Dauphin, MB. He is very active and enjoys going for long walks and spending time in nature.
Responsibilities include:
Support Jordan in his day to day life as needed
Some housekeeping activities
Basic food preparation
Take Jordan out for multiple long walks daily
Ensuring Jordan remains hydrated
Resolving conflict
Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License and access to a car required
Willingness to spend time outdoors with Jordan and go for walks in all weather required
No experience in support work required - we will train the fitting candidate
Current or new graduates in health, human, social services, or other related fields are welcome to apply
Energetic and positive attitude required
Strong interpersonal skills required
Excellent oral and written communication required
Ability to initiative and make sound judgements required
Preference will be given to male applicants
Safety and Security:
