Your Work:
As a Customer Service Intern/Co-op, you will work closely with your manager and team, participating in one-on-one, on the job training. This position is developmental in nature and provides a great learning opportunity if you’re looking for a progressive challenge. In addition to business support, you will have working relationships with various members of the CASC North America country locations.
Customer Service Internship:
You will be accountable for the accurate and timely processing of documents and transactions. The primary focus is providing superior service to ensure customer satisfaction and that could include the following tasks:
• Recording transactions of dealer transfers for processing
• Maintenance activities for dealer accounts
• Communicating with Dealers on account inquiries.
• Correctly handling contract administration
• Editing and cancelling grain contracts
• Processing invoices for consulting services
• Processing customer grain deliveries & settlements

Internship details:
• Internships are paid and are at least 16 weeks in duration.
• Interns are paid hourly for time worked.
• Interns are responsible for transportation to and from work.
• Interns who demonstrate outstanding performance and a curiosity to learn more may be offered an internship, co-op or full-time position to return the following year.

Required Qualifications:
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program graduating between December 2024 and May 2026
• Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures
• Able to complete a 16-week internship in the summer (May - August 2024)
• Must possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in completing work with limited guidance
