Client Services Associate
Overview
If you have great client service and communications skills and a desire to learn, we would love to hear from you.
Although experience in financial-related industries would be beneficial, it is not necessary. We are far more interested in your diverse and unique skills and experiences. Comfort with technology, including the use of MS Office, is, however, necessary.
To be successful, the candidate must collaborate with Advisors, clients, and centers of influence to complete the various tasks and duties.
This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple ongoing tasks.
Responsibilities are intended to progress to:
- Assist Wealth Advisors in the servicing of existing clients and the onboarding of new clients
- Engage with clients regularly by phone or email
- Respond to client requests in an efficient manner
- Execute and ensure settlement of client trades by the Advisor or client’s instructions.
-Assist the Advisors in preparing documents, including new account applications, client review materials, and correspondence.
- Accurately and efficiently processing client forms, including follow-up as needed.
- Liaise and assist with various stakeholders, including 3rd party lawyers and accountants.
- Maintain working knowledge of the investment industry in general.
Candidates must be comfortable with technology, including the use of MS Office.
Compensation is to be negotiated based on experience and skills.

Qualifications
Completion of a Diploma or Degree.
Past working experience in a client facing role.
